Summary
RBD15 Series Trolley Lift High-temp Furnace is cycle used. The heating element is MoSi2. Working temperature is from 1300-1500℃. All the insulation materials are ceramic fiber modules made by MAFTEC blanket. The furnace has the advantages of high working temperature, small heat storage capacity, so it is suitable for rapid cooling and heating sintering process.We choose Shinko multi-segment temperature controller with 100 steps programmable curve, automatic heating/cooling. You can modify the temperature control parameters and procedures in running. Flexible operate, easy to use.Temperature.Precision ±1℃, temperature uniformity±10℃.Widely used in electronic ceramics, powder metallurgy, machinery, building materials, refractories, special materials, new materials development and other fields.
