Summary
The Furnace frame is Eight Limbaloney, a gas-tight box type steel plate welded structure, large volume 475w＊475l＊400h, stowage capacity can reach 325 x345h Φ,treated product weight (treated material + props material) reaches to 10 kg. The insulation materials adopt imported ceramic fiber, which is high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small specific heat. In addition, we also under laid a particular type refractory brick at the hearth, which has the characteristics of strong strong slag resistance, high thermal shock resistance, good wear ability, no crack under the high temperature, etc. The side wall vertical configure procedure, in general environment the 1750 ℃ U type silicon molybdenum rods will heat the temperature up to 1300 ℃. The required common temperature is 1200 ℃. The total power is 12 kw/h. Control panel adopts intelligent temperature control instrument and the continuous phase control thyristor (intelligent thyristor module) to automatically adjust the temperature. The temperature control accuracy is±1 ℃. PID continuous control program to automatically adjust the temperature measurement.
