Z type Module

AC-M & AC-S Type Module

Fixed on the furnace shell, after removing the binder, the module will expanse and squeeze each other to form a seamless whole heat insulation lining.All the metal parts in the lining are fixed on the cold face, not withstand high temperature.
1600S Module
ALCERA 1600S Module is made by 1600S board, which raw material is 1600 MAFTEC blanket, the working temperature reaches to 1600°. High purity, low thermal conductivity, low shrinkage, resistant to corrosion.

The anchor at the back side of the module can be directly connect to the furnace shell, easy to install.
The folded blanket will squeeze each other tight after removing the banding without any gap.
Light weight, low thermal conductivity, excellent energy saving effect.
No need drying and maintaining, can be put into use immediately after installed
