Summary
The furnace shell is welded by the high quality cold-rolled steel plate. The surface is treated by RAL 9002 baking process, and electrostatic spraying. It adopts side open structure, built-in quartz tube. Burn and use On-demand, so it is convenient and flexible. The inner insulation material use the imported MITSUBISHI ceramic fiber after hardening treatment, with strong adiabatic performance, good thermal stability, high chemical stability. The furnace heating element always choose the Sweden imported Kanthal wire, uniformly layout surrounding the chamber. With seven temperature zones,the temperature can be automatically set according to customer's product programming, heat or cool, generally 200 ℃ / h. The common working temperature is 600 ℃, the highest temperature is 800 ℃, the total power is about 38 kw. Place 23 pieces K type thermocouple at the side wall, connect to the intelligent PID digital panel,constantly detect the temperature. This type tube furnace applied for Labs, institutions of universities and scientific research departments and industrial and mining enterprises to do elementary analysis, and heat treatment for steel and other metal.
