Summary
The heating element is MoSi2. The working temperature is from 1500-1650℃. All the raw materials for insulation are imported from Japan. The thermal insulation layer use Micro-porous Insulation Board with low thermal conductivity. The furnace has the advantages of high working temperature, small heat storage capacity, good heat preservation, reasonable structure, good working environment anti-jamming and so on.We choose Shinko multi-segment temperature controller with 100 steps programmable curve, automatic heating/cooling. You can modify the temperature control parameters and procedures in running. Flexible operate, easy to use. Applied for the Oxygen protection, nitrogen protection, hydrogen and nitrogen protection atmosphere furnace.
Temperature.Precision ±1℃, temperature uniformity±10℃. Heating fast, the fastest heating rate≤5℃/min. Widely used in electronic ceramics, powder metallurgy, machinery, building materials, refractories, special materials, new materials development and other fields.
